1.Submit a Foreign Investment Report or Securities Acquisition Report based on the investment amount (or initial capital). For multiple investors, the notification is calculated individually for each investor, considering their investment amount, shareholding ratio, and nationality.

2.Register your company with the registry office to confirm its official establishment.

3.Register your business with the tax office and set up a corporate bank account

4.Report your business as a foreign-invested company.
